About the Department

The General Courses Department is considered one of the most essential departments, which dates back to the early days of university education in the Northern Borders region as part of the College of Teacher Preparation in Arar in 1409 AH. It continues to be a vital component of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Northern Borders University, impacting students across various specializations and colleges. The department offers diverse courses that provide students with fundamental knowledge, sciences, and personal skills necessary for university life and academic success.
