Report on the work and achievements of the Department of Educational Leadership and Policies
First semester of 1446 AH

Forming several committees within the department to carry out their administrative and advisory tasks in accordance with the goals and requirements of the work. These are:

  • Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research Committee.
  • Faculty Affairs Committee.
  • Masters Program Creation Committee.
  • Exams Committee.
  • Operational Plan Committee.
  • Community Participation Committee.

 Approval of the Master of Arts program in Educational Administration.
Submission of the Master of Arts program in the Fundamentals of Education for approval.
Assignment of three faculty members to the department, ensuring their specializations align with the directives of the university's senior management.
Coordination with other departments and colleges to promote collaborative teaching initiatives, including appointing a coordinator for each collaboration. Preparation of attendance lists for faculty members in the department to monitor and supervise examinations.
 Approval of the department's courses after revising their descriptions according to the standards set by the Education and Training Evaluation Commission.
 Review of the descriptions for all master's courses in the department, in accordance with the models and recommendations from the Education and Training Evaluation Commission.
 Study and implementation of the circulars and recommendations from the University Agency for Academic Affairs regarding midterm exams.
 Active participation in community service programs, along with the submission of quarterly reports detailing contributions made by fellow faculty members.
